The LAGOS DROP 2021
Just in time for the fourth of July holiday, our next DROP collection has arrived. These new earrings are just the style for a weekend dedicated to fireworks and celebration. Introducing our delicate star stud earrings! These star shaped earrings are an excellent style to add to your LAGOS collection. Not only are they an adorable motif, but their petite size also lends itself perfectly to being styled in a second or third hole.
These earrings are part of a design exploration by Founder and Creative Director Steven Lagos. He is fascinated by ‘sneakerhead’ culture and the phenomenon around drop collections. He realized nothing like this had been done for fine jewelry before and knew LAGOS needed to embrace this new way of releasing collections.
This DROP style looks especially nice alongside some of our KSL styles. The KSL collection is characterized by pyramid shapes that complement our classic Caviar beading so nicely. The star earrings are made from sterling silver with 18K gold Caviar beading so they easily style with your existing LAGOS collection.
Tastemaker and fashion influencer Julia Comil effortlessly styed these studs with several of our Signature Caviar collection styles. She opted to keep her jewelry simple and really let these studs shine. Julia loved the idea of doubling up on this earring so she could wear two in each ear.
