This season, travel has been an inspiration for LAGOS’ newest designs. Our Maya collection, gets a fresh update this season with the addition of a new gemstone: Chrysocolla.
This new gem was chosen by designer Steven Lagos to represent travel and escape. “I’m always searching for gemstones that take people to a different place. Chrysocolla is one of those gems. Its unique color creates almost a water effect, it looks like islands floating in the water. It reminds me of the scene when looking out of an airplane window.”
Because of this, we think Chrysocolla is the perfect gem to pack for your next trip. A bold pair of chandelier earrings and a long necklace to layer are the ideal travel accessories.
